Mindfulness meditation can help reduce anxiety and depression. It is also a fantastic way to improve self confidence and self-esteem.
With practice, it can help you to develop a set of life skills that allow you to relate to what is happening around you with more wisdom and compassion. Mindfulness meditation can help you to focus better, stay calm and deal with unwanted thoughts and feelings with clarity and a calmer mind.
Solihull mindfulness meditation groups are suitable for anyone with an interest in being more mindful. They are not therapy sessions so you don`t need to talk about anything that you don`t wish to. They are very relaxed groups with the emphasis on listening and learning.
All you need to do is be open to the process of being mindful and spending around 10-15 minutes a day meditating.
If you are suffering with chronic depression or high levels of anxiety, 1-1 sessions with me might be more suitable which will also include hypnotherapy.
The next public groups and courses will start in September 2018 and will include courses for beginners, 2 hour workshops and mindful grief courses.
I also run private groups and courses which run all year round. I work with groups of friends, colleagues and larger groups in corporate settings.

How to book
Public workshops cost £25 and 6 week public courses cost £100 per person paid in advance. Payment in cash, bank transfer, PayPal (you don`t need an account) or cheque.
