Mindfulness meditation can help reduce anxiety and depression. It is also a fantastic way to improve self confidence and self-esteem.
With practice, it can help you to develop a set of life skills that allow you to relate to what is happening around you with more wisdom and compassion. Mindfulness meditation can help you to focus better, stay calm and deal with unwanted thoughts and feelings with clarity and a calmer mind.
Solihull mindfulness meditation groups are suitable for anyone with an interest in being more mindful. All you need to do is be open to the process of being mindful and spending around 10-15 minutes a day meditating.
Sessions will include guided meditations, mindfulness techniques and piano meditations. You will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your life, react mindfully and take good care of yourself and others which will bring about a boost in your mental health.
If you are suffering with chronic depression or high levels of anxiety, 1-1 sessions with me might be more suitable which will also include hypnotherapy.

This 5 week course is suitable for adults who would like support with grief. Grief never leaves us but I can help you move through it and teach you some valuable techniques to enable you to feel better. Coffee, tea and cakes will be available from 2pm.

This 5 week course is suitable for all levels and is for adults who like to boost their mental well being, reduce anxiety and learn ways to relax.

How to book
The 5 week mindful grief course costs £95 per person and the 5 week mindfulness meditation course costs £80 per person paid in advance. Payment in cash, bank transfer, PayPal (you don’t need an account) or cheque.
